Sylvia Dunscombe

Sylvia joins the Fuse HR team with extensive and practical knowledge and experience in Employee, Industrial Relations and Contractor Management.

Having established a strong reputation in the construction industry, Sylvia has worked and provided expert advice in EPC, EPCM, multi-partners JV arrangements and commercial strategic decisions. Working with companies such as BCI Minerals, Covalent Lithium, Downer, Chevron, Roy Hill, Samsung C&T, Chiyoda, Leighton Contractors and John Holland, Sylvia understands the industrial challenges faced by these environments and successfully partners with our clients to solve their problems. 

Sylvia provides consulting services in Employee and Industrial Relations across all environments. 

Holding a Bachelor of Social Science, Human Service Management at Edith Cowan University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Curtin University combined with her strong reputation in the industry, we are proud to have Sylvia as part of the team.
