Siobhain Howe

Since starting her career in 2004, Siobhain has served in many strategic, operational and transformational leadership roles in HR and Technology. Bringing her energy and forward thinking approach, she partners with clients to reach a successful outcome for the customer. 

Having worked extensively in HR and Technology across many industries; Oil and Gas, Mining, Marine, Utilities, Non for Profit, Health and Wellbeing and now more recently the Start-up community, Siobhain understands the importance and relationship between strategy, technology, customer needs and the operational landscape businesses operate within. She is also an experienced workshop facilitator and understands how to navigate complex cultural environments to reach a balanced outcome for the client. 

Siobhain provides consulting services in HR and change management, workshop facilitation, technology transformation, agile practices and implementation, start - up strategy and brand development as well as health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Holding a Master of Human Resources, Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations) at Curtin University and Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition and Human and Behavioural Nutrition at Deakin University as well as various certificates in IT Service Management and Agile Project management, Siobhain blends her experience to bring a holistic perspective to the Fuse HR team for its clients.
