Rhiannon is an accomplished, highly motivated, solutions-driven HR Manager with extensive experience in the end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle across various industries and stages of growth. She has a passion for combining people leadership with commercial outcomes, and improving organisational performance through an engaged and inspired culture.

Rhiannon has previously held leadership roles with Internationally recognised Recruitment and Talent Consulting business supporting the mining industry. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team she managed the global People and Culture function, executing both global and targeted strategy across 13+ countries

Rhiannon has also consulted to a broad range of clients including tier one mining, infrastructure and oil & gas companies across Australia, providing strategic advice and support across Human Resources, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations and HRIS

Rhiannon is currently consulting as a HR Business Partner to Chevron in Perth Western Australia
