Kym Whyte

Kym is an experienced HR Manager / Business Partner with a successful career spanning across both the Health Care and Resources Sectors. She has a strong portfolio of business partnering and employee relations experience which allows her to get to the bottom of the issues and deal with some of the tougher assignments that some HR consultants shy away from. That experience coupled with her empathetic style allows her to quickly gain acceptance with both the employees as well those in management and executive. 

 

She has held both business facing and corporate based roles to allow her to have a well-rounded skill set across all elements of HR, particularly regarding employee relations, capability, development and change management activities.

 

She is highly adaptable with experience at operational and corporate locations across Health Care and the Resources sectors. A key strength is her ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, listen to their needs and ensure any HR/ER activity is fit for purpose and suitable to meet business requirements.
