Jodie is a highly experienced consultant in the field of human resources, particularly focused on total rewards and compensation. With over 20 years of senior experience, Jodie understands the importance of effective remuneration in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent in today's dynamic business landscape.

After working across different regions; Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom and Europe, Jodie has collaborated with a diverse range of organisations ranging from start-ups and SMEs to large multinational companies. Her experience expands across compensation and benefits, such as employee and executive compensation, benefits and policy design, employee equity incentive implementation, merger and acquisition activities, global mobility, HR governance, and organisational review. She has also supported Human Resource and Compensation Committees for leading Australian and NYSE listed entities.

Jodie provides consulting services in; delivering unified and scalable vision and strategy for total rewards, business transformation and merger and acquisition integration planning and execution, solutions to enhance employee engagement and designing total rewards programs for international and domestic compensation and benefits strategies. In addition, she provides; specialist compensation and benefits advice, program development and general HR advice. 

Beyond being skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments, Jodie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Politics and Industrial Relations from the University of Western Australia.
