Jodie joins the team as a modern and contemporary consultant with over 25 years experience in strategic and tactical human resource and employee relations practices. 

Having worked across a range of industries including; Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, Health, Retail, Technology start-up, Transport and Not for Profit, Jodie understands the complexity of the industrial relations landscape. She has provided strategy diagnosis and advice on complex workplace investigations, complex industrial advocacy and dispute resolution and organisational reviews and audits.

Jodie provides consulting services in complex workplace investigations and industrial relation advocacy, workplace and agreement review, conflict and grievance resolution and industrial negotiations. 

Accredited as a Mediator in the Australian National Mediator Accreditation Standards (ANMAS) and holding a Certificate III Investigative Services and WA Police accredited Licensed Investigator, Jodie combines her trusted reputation in the industry to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
