Daniel Grace
Daniel is a seasoned specialist Workplace Investigator who through his years of experience and education has developed an expertise in all investigative and intelligence fields. He holds the skillset to adapt his contemporary and innovative knowledge to any investigation regardless of the subject matter.
Daniel holds a deep understanding of the issues faced by all involved in an investigation and the importance of conducting a thorough, trauma informed and fair process to protect a business’ most valued asset, their people.
Daniel has worked across a variety of investigative disciplines, including fraud, international money laundering, workplace investigations, assaults (physical, family, sexual), internal complaints, coronial investigations, historical offending, corruption, cybercrime, and a wide range of other serious and organised crime matters impacting individuals, professionals, and our community.
Daniel has held positions in several specialised investigative disciplines developing advanced skills in intelligence and data collection, analysis, advanced communication, strategic thinking, and a world-class risk assessment expertise.
Throughout his career, Daniel has represented Australian interests both nationally and internationally utilising an array of investigative methods to achieve critical outcomes while collaborating with high-value stakeholders. This in turn has developed Daniel’s skills in large scale project and resource management.
Daniel commenced his investigative career with WA Police before joining the Australian Federal Police. Daniel then joined Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) before pursuing a career as a specialist workplace investigator
Daniel is currently consulting as an ER and Workplace Investigations Specialist to Chevron in Perth Western Australia
