Brad Nichols

Brad is a highly motivated investigator with over 21 years of experience with the Western Australian Police Force, WA Country Health Service and various clients within the private sector. He has an advanced knowledge of investigation processes in serious assaults, sex assaults, fraud, sexual misconduct, bullying, inappropriate behaviour and breaches of confidentiality.

He has a strong ability to partner with external and internal stakeholders including Legal and Human Resources to execute investigations that comply with internal policies and employment legislation. He is also experienced in the development and delivery of training packages that aim to educate employees in appropriate behaviour to reduce the risk of incidents in the workplace. Brad is adept in crisis intervention techniques and high-risk situations requiring conflict resolution, with a high degree of integrity with an ability to challenge with respect and leading diverse teams to drive a  high-performance culture through effective coaching and mentoring.

Brad commenced his career with WA Police rising to the rank of Detective Sargeant before embarking on a career as a specialist workplace investigator.

Brad is currently consulting as a Workplace Investigator to Chevron in Perth Western Australia
